- Stephanie Glover Review added: 2018.09.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful customer service from "Cheryl" the manager on the phone when i rang up to find out where our taxi was... she even told me i hadnt gave her the correct pick up point!! She said we would have to wait another 15 minutes and then put the phone down on me. Is this the way you treat your customers?? We had a lovely taxi driver though and this is the reason i gave them 1 star.
